With over ten (10) years of experience in community-based projects, I fully understand the benefits of working proactively with others while demonstrating an excellent work ethic. I have a Master’s of Philosophy degree in Finance, business, Development, and Management.
From 2018 to the present, I am the Quality Assurance officer at Dedicated Care Healthcare Inc. in Virginia. In my present tenure, I am responsible in ensuring the proper and effective implementation of policies and procedures and providing training to DSPs on daily living skills and crisis intervention and supportive counseling when deemed necessary.
From 2017 to 2018, I worked in the department of QDDP or Qualified Individual with Developmental Disabilities in Compass Inc. I supervised in ensuring that people are treated with dignity and respect amid their disabilities and are able to exercise their rights. I also handle some of the paperworks, such as daily logs, accident reports, and outcome data sheets, among others. In terms of support services, I help people with disabilities receive the right levels of care and support possible to help them live their lives as independently as possible.
Other than that, I am also a CPR and First Aid Instructor and have undergone the TOVA test and DSP Supervision Orientation. I am also a certified Human Rights training trainer.
